We opened our first restaurant in Ann Arbor in 1975, and we’ve been serving fresh-caught fish and seafood ever since. Our Toledo restaurant sits right on the water at The Docks, where guests come for oysters, lobster, shrimp, and daily features sourced from New England, the Great Lakes, and the Gulf of Mexico.
We also believe a restaurant belongs to its community. We’ve teamed up with Cherry Street Mission to serve Thanksgiving meals to Toledo neighbors in need, and our team takes pride in showing up for the city we serve.

What you’ll do
- Run your section as a full-service server: greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and keep the table experience smooth from first drink to final check
- Work closely with hosts, bartenders, and the kitchen so food lands hot and on time
- Bring a friendly, thoughtful attitude to guests and to your teammates
- Keep your composure and your sense of humor when the dining room fills up
What you bring
- At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant
- Availability for weekends and holidays, plus one or two weekdays
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
